I can't log in

Note: If you are affiliated with an Unemployment Insurance Fund (A-kasse), you should log in via your member universe.

Are you experiencing challenges logging in?

There may be several reasons for this, and hopefully, the following article will assist you in accessing the platform or clarify the reasons behind your challenges.

What you need to log in:

  1. A PC or a mobile phone (NOTE: Only certain parts of the platform are available on the mobile version; it is recommended to use a PC).

  2. Google Chrome browser. You cannot use Candeno via Safari/MS Edge. You can download Google Chrome here.

If you are trying to log in via a browser version other than the ones listed above, this may be the reason you are experiencing challenges.

I have been logged in before

Welcome back!

Do you receive the following message when you try to log in?

This could be due to three reasons:

  1. You are trying to log in using a browser other than Google Chrome.
    Please try entering your login details again using the Google Chrome browser.

  2. There is an error in your password.
    Try clicking 'Forgot your password?' and create a new one.

  3. Your account has been deactivated.
    Do you receive the message below when attempting to reset your password?


I have not been logged in before

Welcome!

In connection with your registration, you should have received a welcome email from us. Please check your primary email inbox and your spam filter/unwanted mail if you are missing this email.

Have you found your welcome email? Then access the login page from the welcome email via your Google Chrome browser, and enter your login information to log in.


Can’t you find your welcome email?

This could be due to two reasons:

1. By mistake, a welcome email has not been sent to you.

If you, by mistake, have not received your welcome email, you can test this by logging in with a password you created yourself here. See the guide below.

In the following, you will find a guide on how to reset your password and log in for the first time with your self-created code.

After you have accessed the login page, then choose ‘reset your password’

2. You have not yet been registered on Candeno.

If you have not yet been registered on the platform, you need to contact your caseworker/advisor/consultant/instructor, who can create your account in the system.

You will then automatically receive a welcome email with your login details.
